The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing all aspects of a project and driving it towards a successful outcome. Responsibilities include project financial targets, meeting and or exceeding customer expectations, on time delivery, and the long-term success of client`s. To achieve these goals, you will be responsible for managing project teams consisting of cross functional team members (design, manufacturing / purchasing, and all aspects of integration), keeping them focused on project deliverables, performance targets, quality, customer relations, and contractual obligations.
Coordinate and execute the project in accordance to contractual obligations
Analyze customer’s inquiry and participate in the bid process from the technical aspect
Prepare presentations about project content and quotation to be shared with the customer
Develop cost optimization to achieve the purpose of saving project cost
Ensure the project progress is timely with good quality and within budgeted cost
Acting as the main contact in charge with the customer
Report status updates to both customers and senior management through time line tracking, financial forecasting, and Client planning to insure the success of the project.
Coordinating, and or Conducting field checks
Oversee project change management to ensure all cost has been captured outside of the original SOW.
Coordinate controls information with the Controls team
• Minimum of 3 years Project Management experience in automotive Closure Assembly and/or Body Assembly System Automation
• Knowledge of customer products and processes
• Strong interpersonal skills through communication, presentation and negotiation
• Availability to travel domestic as well as international
• Microsoft Office
Bachelor`s in Automotive Engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics.
Automotive industry background.
Project Management experience in automotive Closure Assembly and/or Body Assembly System Automation
