A 5-8 years experienced mechanical engineer with an Expert Level CAD experience in ProE- Creo 2/ Creo 3/Creo 4 CAD environment.
Strong aptitude to improve the process and methods as applicable to CAD.
Prior experience having worked in organizations having strong CAD Global guidelines and standards covering modeling and detailing.
Strong interpersonal skills required and must have supported or trained engineers in CAD
Strong time management and project management skills.
Prior experience in PLM (Teamcenter preferred).
Able to be self-directed & proactive with minimal supervision with periodic status reporting
Experience with basic Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Roles and Responsibility:
Support Design engineers in using the CAD environment effectively and efficiently.
Conduct/facilitate user group meetings to understand enhancement requirements, while prioritizing.
Work in close conjunction with business leaders, processes and tool development methods while providing detailed documentation.
Participate in developing used cases and detailed test specification from the end user perspective while tool development/improvement is in progress.
Conduct user acceptance tests before the roll out of newer features in CAD.
Participate in documentation of issue /problems and support resolution requirements.
Team participation in signing off on newer CAD development introduction to design engineers.
Periodic training of engineers on CAD usage, practices and standards.
